Combination Blow on Arc Subclass not working in PvP
Just as the Title says, combination blow SPECIFICALLY on the Arc Subclass is not granting stacks of combination blow or refunding dodge inside of PvP. It works inside of PvE activities. I couldn't find any other posts mentioning this or any mentions of it in the TWAB
