Age restrictions at 13+
I lost access to chat not too long ago bc my account was stated as underage for those features but this isnt the case
Can this issue be fixed please i even submitted at bungie.help and said it wasnt normal

Therefore, we recommend verifying if your console has any parental controls enabled or your platform account has age restrictions placed on it. If the issue lies with your Xbox account, you would need to contact them about this issue.
