HELP! No massive totality shipment.
I’m mostly a solo player, but I watch a lot of YouTube guides so I can understand the game better and not feel lost when I team up with others. I used my weekend, including taking PTO on Friday, to grind Destiny 2 and earn the new Massive Totality shipment. I watched a lot of YouTube videos on the factions to choose the best one to my game still and decided to go with totality, playing with others a d pulling my own wait, i completed it.
After work today, I watched a video on how to collect it. I only had one faction that I could finish within the remaining time, so I went to Spider’s area as instructed. But when I arrived, nothing was there.
Could you please look into this? Destiny is my favorite game, and I spend a lot of time and money on it simply because I love playing, not for content creation.
I just want to receive what I earned. Thank you.

not sure if this helps but the actual waypoint was wayyyy off for me for my weekly shipment, i had to stand Infront of another faction in the spider room to claim my weekly rewards for the vex syndicate (cant remember the faction name right now)
