Wolfsbane catalysts are unavailable, "Requires purchase." I own Ash and Iron

PLATFORM: Xbox
ISSUE: After acquiring all catalysts and intrinsics for Wolfsbane from Heliostat, I went to the enclave to reshape it, yet the the catalysts: Relentless Strikes, Burning Ambition, and Subroutine: ~Recursion are unavailable to me with the message reading, "Requires Purchase."
REPRO STEPS: Step-by-step instruction list on how to reproduce this bug, try to be as succinct as possible:
1. Complete Heliostat in Ash and Iron (Owned season pass)
2. On Master difficulty, collect all catalysts and intrinsic traits, (In order: 1st Catalyst, 1st intrinsic, 2nd catalyst, 3rd catalyst, 2/3 2nd intrinsic, datapad for catalyst 4, last for 2nd intrinsic, upload datapad for catalyst 4, final intrinsic).
ACTUAL RESULT:
Only catalyst available is Attrition Orbs. Others are locked due to "Requires Purchase"
EXPECTED RESULT:
All catalysts should be available

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We're aware of Wolfsbane's Catalysts mistakenly using the "Requires purchase" text when locked and are currently investigating. In the meantime, please try the potential workaround suggested by viiTactiiCZz in this thread.
