If you're encountering the glitch where the rewards chest doesn't spawn at the end of the mission: Go into the activity, unselect all your renegade abilities, then go back to orbit and relaunch. To be on the safe side, also don't pick up the rewards from the chest near the extract site OR fire the autocannon when you get on the ship.
