How come I still cant simply store stuff in the vault while I’m at the tower anymore ?
By having an option of just pressing X ?
When did Banahee-44 gunsmith bounties disappear ?

Yeah, I don't know why they took those Bounties? It was the only guaranteed way for cores, especially considering they're used up so quickly. (And before anyone jumps on, I mean you are GUARANTEED 4 cores, no rng).

Banshee does mutter something about Ada and bounties so she might be giving them out now, but I really didn't care enough to check.

the vault upgrade changed how things were stored. you just have to enter vault mode by pressing the R3 (iirc) button on controller

You can store in the vault, check the UI on the character menu for Vault mode. This season.
