Please let me keep playing. I don't want it to end like this

BUNGIE! PLEASE ALLOW ME TO STAY! I recently switched to PS5 from Xbox one and am trying to get cross save to work so that I can play my D2 characters on PS5 (15k+ hours playtime according to Xbox, so kind of a big deal for me). However, when trying to cross save I accidentally selected the wrong email/Xbox account and linked my PS to an incorrect Xbox/Microsoft account. The original Xbox account has cross save already enabled. I also have not authenticated the incorrect Xbox account to my PS account From what I gathered, unlinking was disabled a bit ago to counter account selling or something, but I can prove that I am the original owner of both accounts. If I need to sign an NDA or some legal paper I will if it means I can transfer my data over. Please Bungie, iev already bought the light/darkness saga bundle on PS5 in anticipation for this. Again, I can prove that I am the owner and have access to both accounts. I still love to play the game, but want to switch platforms. I've been a loyal fan since beyond light. Please Bungie... Don't do this to me.
