Name change
I’ve changed my name in destiny about 4 or 5 times now, I’m aware there are a limited number of tokens to name change but my question is if those tokens are time-gated? What constitutes destiny giving a name change token? Is it events? Compensation for bugs? Seasonal?

In the third rotation of Capricorn when Saturn’s rings are aligned with the reflection of Sagittarius on the shiny part of some space debris they left on the moon, but only on Tuesdays if it’s raining in Texas, and only if the buffalo are in a good mood and not too restless, but of course you’ll need to contact the buffalo whisperers to determine that and they only work every other Tuesday and only when they aren’t busy whispering to the rhino or hippos, so you’ll need to give them some notice.
