Crash to Desktop - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION on mission load/in-world (PC/Steam, RTX 3060)

What I was doing when the crash occurred:
I was playing the schism.mission_reversal activity. The crash happened shortly after loading into the world, during normal gameplay/exploration.
Additional Notes / Questions:
The error address (0000000000000008) suggests a null pointer dereference, which is typically a game code issue.
The crash has occurred multiple times in the same general location/activity.
Is this a known issue with the current build (v500_rc.main) or this specific activity?
I have attached the relevant portion of the crash log below for analysis. Please let me know if you need the full crash_info.txt file or any other system logs.
