What’s your favourite kind of quiche?
Mine is probably salmon and broccoli
Plain old cheese and bacon is good, but it needs to be freshly made with decent cheese and plenty of bacon to be decent, store bought quiche Lorraine is fairly mid in comparison to most other flavours.

Spinach and feta is pretty peak.

Store quiche is pretty ick no matter the flavour. I have a market near me that does a pretty good made-in-store. Comparitively expensive though. Homemade ham and cheese with quality old-fashioned ham and good cheese is my favourite.
