Are the new heat based weapons only for those who purchased Renegades or can one without the expansion also get them? I noticed people who played through the campaign got the new pulse or the sidearm at certain parts of the first mission but when I get to that part im not giving that option and a whole chunk of dialogue is missing at one point I think.
