4 day's of Tapir error

Four days have passed since this error appeared. When asked for help, Bungie responds with the standard answer: "We're looking into the issue, please wait." (In reality, it sounds like: "We don't care. Thank you for purchasing the annual pass, which you won't be able to play.")
