TAPIR, Bungie's inaction, and the refund request... The game stopped working in several countries after online maintenance on Monday night and before offline maintenance on Tuesday. So far, this looks most like a GeoIP block on Bungie's part. Bungie's servers are denying authorization to users from the affected countries. Bungie itself remains silent. At the moment, in my opinion, the only effective way to resolve this issue is to request a refund on the platform where you use the game...

  • Dear Bungie Team, I'm writing to you as a player from Belarus to express my deep disappointment with the decision to end support for Bungie games in our region. Many fans of your games in the CIS countries feel abandoned by the restrictions imposed. We've supported your projects for years, purchasing games and in-game content, and the current situation leaves us perplexed. It's especially difficult to accept explanations about legal restrictions when the games remain technically available but lack full support. This creates the impression that the reasons for the restrictions are far-fetched. Could you please clarify: What specific legal obstacles are preventing service provision in our region? Are there any plans to restore full access for CIS players in the future? We look forward to constructive dialogue and finding a solution to this situation.
