I haven't used my account for a long time. Now that I'm back, I've lost access to my original PlayStation account and can't unbind it. I need to bind a new PlayStation account.

Hey there, as of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink accounts. Additionally, it had never been possible to unlink accounts before this, when they could not be authenticated. You'd have to work with Sony support to recover the old PSN account.
