So where's the loot....
So I decided to log in and at least try the free to play stuff. Then I looked in the menu to see what new loot is available with edge of fate. And including the free stuff.....it feels less than a season. Why the hell would I buy a $40 dlc with that little of new loot?
I heard the story was good, so I will just find it on YouTube

9 RepliesBungie: Well first you have to spend at least 20+ hours grinding Encore…..oh we removed that……You could do the raid for 30+hours…..no you need the power level and better gear first……..could grind Fabled and Mythic missions for a few days…….but you need 300+ light for that too……..you know hahahahaha we really didnt think this through!……Sucks for you huh?

And to get what little there is you have to play the three whole Solo ops they have, exotic missions we have all done before and a playlist of five year old Empire Hunts and three year old Battlegrounds that seem to come round, all the time, ahead of the few strikes we have left. Sunless Cell was removed so we can grind Praksis. This game is emptier than a hermits address book.

The "campaign" or more accurately glorified patrols, is garbage. All the missions is similar to a Heroic Patrol. No joke.
