Graviton Spike Catalyst bug
Collected all 3 fragments for temporal alignment catalyst on mythic and triumph still says 2/3.
Have gone back and checked twice now after going to orbit and relaunching the game and none of them are there. The relocator cannon won't even spawn after already doing it once.
Please any help would be appreciated, this is the only catalyst I wanted.

If, after referring to some guides, you're certain you're facing a bug, then please consider using your platform's share feature to record a videoclip which demonstrates what you're experiencing.
