Is it too late to get a refund? I went into this expansion thinking that they would make it better and while the destination and activities are awesome kind of sucks when you can’t hear anything and the fact that it’s not a push to get it done it’s just I feel like a lot of PlayStation especially PlayStation five users are just gonna not play destiny until they fix it, which isn’t gonna help them retain any players because even if they fix it, you’re gonna have people trying to get a refund or try to get some compensation for not being able to play the game that they spent $100 on

If you've never gotten a Playstation refund, they might give you a "1 time, good faith" refund. My first one was for No Man's Sky, but after that 1 time, you have to force a refund no matter how egregious the problem. Going through the AG was actually very easy. I just explained the situations with online emails, they contacted Sony, and miraculously the refunds Sony said I wouldn't get, were given back to my PSN wallet.
