I've attempted to make a ticket for the issues I had with my email changing and support closed it without contacting me. Additionally, I tried moving my email to a backup email and while the "verify email" email came through when I adjusted my email settings to include all emails. I received no confirmation to my email address. I think that the emails are still going to my old email address which no longer exists. I would love some help with this (I have attempted to re-open a ticket but have not heard back yet).
