Unfortunately, as ishikusui alluded to, if you have no name change tokens remaining, you're stuck as-is unless Bungie grants another token to everyone. The only time Bungie steps in for names are to Redact them for breaking rules, or because the name was requested to be removed due to other extenuating circumstances. In either instance, you'd become Redacted ####, and not have a choice about what name you're given.
