lightfall dungeon key
I bought the lightfall dungeon key but I can't access the ghost of the deep dungeon, it doesn't appear in the H.E.L.M, I already got the quest (RISE) but I still can't start it and it says "you are unable to launch the selected quest at this time", what should I do?
