Hey there. The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition was withdrawn from sale from Steam when Lightfall released. Was this a recent purchase? It sounds like you may have bought from an unofficial 3rd party, who may have used an incorrect, out of date product description. It is not the deluxe edition [u]itself[/u] that grants access to the Dungeons, it was a set of licenses applied to your active account when you bought the deluxe edition on Steam. This functionality to apply those licenses no longer exists, it was withdrawn once Witch Queen's seasons were removed. So redeeming a code, even for the 'deluxe edition' won't be able to give you Witch Queen's seasons nor the dungeon key. It will give some of the deluxe edition bonuses but otherwise just functions as the standard edition. You will have to speak to the 3rd party retailer about this.
