Anyone got a good lightning surge build for PvP?
The recent slide melee changes killed my build with lightning surge for PvP. Given I really enjoy using the ability, I was wondering if anyone in the usually very crafty D2 community has a build or good use case for the ability after the nerfs it has received.

You can use dead messenger. The timing is quite strict now.
