Apologies if this has been posted before. I can't seem to find a search bar after a quick lookaround. The hat has dropped only once for me, and it was in master difficulty. It has not dropped for me with normal difficulty. I'm the armor does show as obtained in the Endgame submenu for armor, but the appearance customization screen does not show it as available to unlock, nor does it show as an unlocked ornament. TYIA for any help.
