Can't wait for MM changes
Not because of sbmm but because my last 2 games were against a stack from Serbia, then Kenya. I'm in the UK btw..

2 RepliesI'm pretty sure SBMM won't help this kinda problem at all, if anything it may even get worse. If the algorithm can't find suitable matches for you close by, it'll expand its search to further reaches, increasing the chance for bad connections. Lag will still happen, no matter what match making they implement.

What we need is a snake draft for quick play. Break up the stacked teams to balance the teams. This alone would create balanced matches. No need for SBMM.

Shesh[/quote] The new sbmm has a couple of caveats in it, where you can be matched against higher skilled players Ask yourself, knowing b’s stellar track record of implementations, how good will this work Coming out with that caveat means pretty busted

Playing Clash last night seemed at times the UN Playlist. Meaning I got matched with people from all over the world, Japan, Portugal, France just to name a few places. West Coast Canada personally, made a couple of the connections off. But all in all tolerable when matching other solo players since they didn’t seem to have too much lag oddly enough, got used to it but when matching fireteams like that it was too much.

That goes to show it’s not the gamers, it’s the game that has something wrong about it. This is where I say the “git gud” mantra doesn’t apply anymore because it’s not the gamer’s fault anymore if the devs themselves admitted something is wrong and made changes to it. It’s not you (gamers) that are at fault, it’s the game! It’s already broken! Otherwise, they won’t have to try and fix it. But they just did try to fix it! 😂😂😂 Broken!
