So under "Partner Rewards" it doesn't show the Prime Gaming Reward Offer 24 in the list?
If so and it shows as claimed on the Prime Gaming Page, then you will need to contact [url=https://www.amazongames.com/en-us/support/prime-gaming]Prime Gaming Support[/url] for assistance as it looks like the claim didn't go through properly.

Prime gaming keeps telling me it's a Bungie issue since it shows as claimed in their records, but not over here at Bungie. Please advise.
