Game keeps becoming unplayable extremely slow and crashing with PS error code CE-34878-0

This keeps happening now on my PS4 Pro. The games slows to an absolute snails pace, an utterly unplayable state. It can happen in a haunted lost sector, at the helm, and now even your ship travelling to a location - Helm in this case … All you can do is quit the game which is when you get the generic PS your application has crashed error code - CE-34878-0. And yes to the generic ‘Dogbert’ style support questions: Application up to date Console software up to date Rebooted system Wonderful - not !!!

    • That is a Sony error code not a Bungie one. You are better off asking Playstation support. Ps.. of hand it could be a bad sector on your hard drive.

    • Only thing I can suggest is a re install to see if that works, maybe an idea to delete current application, rebuild database and then reinstall.
