1 ReplySeason ending events should not be secret, you have been called out on the use of fomo, to the point you changed how things work going forward. If you have an event planned why not tell the very ppl playing the game about it, in time, so if they have the desire to participate they can.

3 RepliesI don't go into forums often, and I know that this won't change anything, but ... I just have to get this out. I got drawn into destiny 2 a while back and made a ton of memories there, playing with my friends. Hoarding my little digital tokens as memories of what we did. I lost my house in a fire early this year, just shortly after I got my recluse. (Something I never thought I would get as I rarely touched PvP in any game.) I went out for my walk and came back to everything either too smoke damaged to be salvaged or burnt because my neighbors were storing things improperly in their storage room. My Cadye-6 toy, my grimoire books, gone. 25 years of artwork. All of it. I listened to a lot of shaxxercise to get me through the post fire blues, especially since we went into lockdown and all the rest of the things this year was throwing. I finally got back to play again a few months later, and in my vault were all my digital mementoes. I went and finished off chronicler. I kept looking back at the little scraps from Cayde that reminded me of what I did with my clan. I even kept the old toothbrush. And you're deleting them. Yeah, I can make new memories, and I know they are just stupid digital tokens on a server far away. But they were what I had left. Reading about the deletion of the stuff I carried being decided by someone else after everything else is just cutting deeper than it should. I should be feeling joy at the game, like I used to, and all I'm getting now is pain. I know my situation is very much an edge case, and yeah, in the grand scheme of things it's just another lost bit of data for a game that is trying to grow. I still don't know if I will get the expansion. Maybe it will pass in time and I'll go back to feeling excited about gathering those digital stuffs. I always thought I'd have my expired ramen coupon. Just in case.

Are people really complaining about hunter dodge taking a couple of seconds longer when it’s straight up about to freeze people?

1 ReplySo I read the TWAB and I have a question about the PC preload. When the preload is available for PC it requires us to install it on top of the current version of the game totaling 186 GB. Will here be a hot fix to remove unused/removed files from the game like vaulted destinations/strikes/raids so reduce the overall storage capacity used on PC? Or would be better to do a full uninstall and reinstall when the patch goes live so players would only have the 69 GB version of the game?

1 ReplyWhen is this end of season event then because I really cba to spend the whole weekend in the tower hoping something might happen. And I wouldn’t put it past bungie to keep it a secret so that only people that are coincidentally at the tower at the right time get to see it. Wouldn’t be impressed especially after staring at the sky for a good 2 hours waiting for something to happen last year.

2 RepliesWhy are people complaining about Masculine and Feminine? You can argue it’s ‘political’ but does it really affect you that much? It’s not going to change the game in anyway and after a week you’ll probably forget it’s even a thing. You can argue that there’s no reason for bungie to change it and I’d agree but it’s really not a big deal. Why not complain about actual in game issues instead?

Im gonna exploit the -blam!- out of that until ita nerfed. Then go to warlock and icarus dash everywhere all game long every 5 seconds w 100 intellect 100 recov.

Personally, the golden gun back in d1 was balanced, and the 6 shooter should get a huge nerf like taking 2 shots to kill and only getting 1 back, and the 3 shot slow one a buff.

20 RepliesWhy hunter dodge nerf? Warlocks have double dodge. They also have an ability called celestial fire that replenishes fast and doesn’t miss. Titans have a smash that leaves you 1h even if you jumped. But no... the hunter has to be nerfed again!

Nerf to hunter dodge crutch? Best thing I’ve read in YEARS!! And long overdue.... Also the Champion Mod changing over to armor sounds good too. That will free up exotics and dmg mods. Nice.
