OK..... i understand that NF and lunas howl are still very good on consol but they feel so trash on pc and they are trash on pc. they must get a buff for the better feeling and general no one uses not forgotten/lunas howl on pc because they are so trash.its just doesnt worth it too grind these weapons.U could just grind for a god roll spare rations and u have a better weapon, for sure.You must do something about these weapons bungie, they are literly dead on pc.I would recommend that you turn NF/Lunas howl into lightweight frames, so that weapons like Thorn,Rose,SPARE RATIONS got an opponent.And i mean ok the lightweight frame feeling on consol is not sooo good but it would be a better change to turn these two weapons into lightweight frames trust me.
