No enhancement cores rewarded with weekly clan engram
So this is the 3rd week in a row I noticed that my weekly clan engram doesn't drop the 7 enhancement cores alongside the item drop.
I have competed the weekly clan engram on all 3 characters the last 2 weeks and have just handed in this week's on my first character, again no cores.
My clan mates say they are receiving their 7 cores for each character as I thought it may have been from the season clan banner resetting.
I was on PC each time I claimed my engram. I own both PS4 and PC full copies of D2 and Shadowkeep plus the season passes. Also had room in my inventory and post master at the time of claiming.
Any help would be welcomed. Thank you

What is your clan rank? It resets every season so you have to build it back up to get those rewards.

You have to be rank three. I just checked your clan and it seems you just got to rank three this week, so you may have picked up your weekly from Hawthorne before the rank reached level three. Next week it’ll work as it should.

Good god turn in the dawning presents. Every ducking package I get a machine gun or smog and at least 3 enhancement cores. This used to be hard to get but I have a couple hundred of them.
