I’m sorry, but did we just do what I think we just did?? THAT was the Mind the Vex built to drain him of his Light and kill him, and we just saved him from it, saving his life. So that’s how he lives.
Wow. Bravo, Bungie. Bravo. That mission alone is worth more than $10.
Edit: Cozmo himself replied. I’m still amazed every time I see it. Yeah I’m fangirling. So what
-
1 ReplyIt still felt pretty awesome! I didn't expect much more, to be honest.
-
4 RepliesThere are only 12 saints in the Last Supper. Possibly less if you wait for another week.
-
1 Replyi had wished the martyr mind was more unique than just a glorified brakion, but the mission still kicked ass. looking forward to more like it.

37 RepliesEdited by WormChi: 12/20/2019 5:55:35 AMWow Spoiler. Not everyone plays everything the second it’s drops. Edit: To everyone who can’t comprehend that by using a game forum shouldn’t have to spoil your experience in said game. It’s common knowledge on real gaming forums with credibility like Reddit that you take two seconds to write: SPOILER WARNING Edit 2: To all the trolls having an orgy in the responses please continue to respond it helps me mute out all the idiots on this forum.

2 RepliesI pictured a Hydra more than Brakian. It was pretty underwhelming.

1 ReplyWhy are y'all so pissed Saint-14 came to the tower late in the week have any of you noticed the roadmap says nothing about Saint-14 coming to the tower so are you all assuming something or am I missing something?

1 ReplyNext up, let's save cayde

55 RepliesI'll let the team know you enjoyed it. Thanks for the feedback. "I never found Osiris, but I’ve killed enough Vex to end a war. And they, in turn, struck a fatal blow: they completed a Mind with the sole function to drain the Light from me. It worked very well."
-
It wasn't that impressive. It was... neat. But Osiris failed at this? Man, he must be made out of paper. Maybe he forgot to bring his Wish-Ender...

3 RepliesThe implications are amazing. I’m personally just really disappointed with the amount of reused assets I’ve been seeing. Maybe I hyped myself up too much for the Martyr Mind, when it was just going to be another Genesis Mind. And while the arena makes sense (as that’s where his tomb was), I wish there was more to it, that’s all. On a side note though, I’m really happy with Saint’s voice. I’ve always imagined him as a soft-spoken type, but the aggressive Russian dialect is pretty great. Also, the Corridors of Time are excellent spaces. I just wish they did more, just like at the beginning of Destiny 2 with the Infinite Forest.
-
Definitely more fun than last week’s walker fight.
-
1 ReplyThat’s why it’s a paradox. We give him the gun in the past and in CoS we get the gun from him and then in SoD we give it to him and save him lmao
-
8 RepliesSo, technically if he never died, wouldn't he be the Titan Vanguard instead of Zavala?
-
3 RepliesAre you being sarcastic? Yeah, you must be. I’d have shot 14 in the head and saved the effort.
-
4 RepliesSide note, is he supposed to be in the tower??? It wants me to go there but... he’s not there or his ship.

10 RepliesEdited by FireStriker: 12/18/2019 7:53:58 AMI was scared towards the end, It is known that it is only able to take the light of only 1 Guardian so when saint 14 talked about having his light back and the mind was setting it’s target on me . I’m not going to lye I though I was going to lose my light again. I had flashbacks to the red war before saint 14 saved me. (I’m talking in character if really think I would have flashbacks to the red war in that mission) But really the 2 part mini campaign was worth it and it’s going to be a shame when it leaves at the end of the season. Bungie if your listening (and I don’t mean “ listening”) Please do not remove Season of Dawn. Anyone knows were he is, I’m not sure if he is supposed to be in the tower this week or next but I cant beat around the bush about this, SoD has been the buggiest season I have seen so far.

1 ReplyI’m hoping they add this mission to the strike playlist at the end of the season would be an amazing strike
-
2 RepliesEdited by SouLFeeS: 12/19/2019 4:46:30 AMWhat mission are you referring to? EDIT: I’m trying to figure out why I didn’t get the next step this week.

9 RepliesThe mission was bad in my opinion. Watching Saint go to town is always fun, but saving him from the mind? That’s dumb. I don’t like the “ultimate legendary hero” they’re trying to turn out guardian into. And I know this isn’t worse than killing a worm god in a story mission, but it just doesn’t feel right being the one to save a legendary hero. Feels like they’re bound to ruin characters again honestly

9 RepliesWho wants to tell him about the speaker
-
Yee now make it a strike
-
Vex be like: "time to make a mind dedicated to draining saint 14s light this took us thousands of years to do this will pay off great" Then we're all like: "watch me whip watch me naenae"

Edited by D-Von, Kell of Tables: 12/18/2019 10:25:14 PMWe literally stop two different loops in time from occurring. The first loop is Saint-14 losing his ghost to the fallen as he says the fallen would have eaten his ghost had we not arrived to help and he lost. We also give him the Perfect Paradox that helps him get to the point where the Vex build a Martyr Mind to kill him. That is the first loop we stopped from occurring otherwise Saint would always have suffered that loss and lost his ghost. The other loop was the mind draining his light and him sending his ghost off. We found his ghost because since we saved his ghost in the first mission he still had it in the second mission, but he says he was about to send his ghost away hence why the ghost was found on Nessus. Because he would have always sent his ghost away and he always suffered the same death which is the one you hear from the ghost. But because we showed up he never had to send his ghost away which stopped that time path from occurring. The only path possible left for Saint-14 was the defeat of the Martyr Mind and Saint-14 surviving until we open the gate. Since we defeated the Mind, Saint-14 said it best in that anyone able to end his life has been destroyed thanks to us. The fallen and the vex were no longer a threat. The story flowed very nice and everything made sense. Only problem is Saint-14 is nowhere to be seen which is disappointing Oh also Sentinel Slam confirmed as a new super for Sentinels

1 ReplyI was hoping the mind would be a little more interesting but I figured it was gonna be renamed brakion after I heard the sniper shot in his final audio. I honestly like the first mission more
-
5 RepliesNow if only he would appear at the tower... and not just his gun.
