I think we are all getting TIRED of Bungie nerfing stuff as streamers request on their cry-videos, aren't we?
I mean, what a guy posts at his channel is just his/her opinion. Just like any other thread in this forum and it should be considered in that way.
If bungie's criteria is based on what these people say.... that is very dumb from Bungie. Honestly.

Let me show you how bad this team actually is after 5 years, and this sticks out like a sour thumb. Black Hammer was nerfed for whatever reason Then, Bungie introduces Black Spindle and nerfs it for the same reason as Black Hammer, but it gets even better. D2, Whisper gets nerfed for the same reason as Black Hammer and Black Spindle. Can someone tell me what's wrong with this picture and why they didn't learn after nerfing Black Spindle?

I think we should push Atheon off the cliff. That was way more fun than Well and Lunafaction. I preffered it because it was a guaranteed way to get loot, and only required a well placed grenade.

17 RepliesWhat really gets me is that the forums will provide input on something sometimes for weeks maybe months on end. The most recent thing that comes to mind was the series of nerfs going into opulence. There was hundreds of forum posts expressing concern, some of which got thousands of upvotes, yet I don’t recall a single official response from bungie even acknowledging people’s concerns. A youtuber complains about something once and there’s an official response within 48 hours.

Proof is the Enhancement Core added to infusion, story is at the 1st community summit, it was suggested to add cores to infusion. Bungie is slowly catering the game to the needs of the creators and streamers, thus leaving behind the other 95% of the current player base. Destiny in it's current form will drastically be different a year from now and players whom can't devote a lot of time will drop it in favor of something more their speed and fits their time constraints. Video games are meant to be fun and entertaining, not feel like a second job. I fear this is where it is heading with all the customized gear coming with Shadowkeep.

Yess streamers have ruined gaming twitch and youribe are the worst things to happen to gaming since the internet. Freaking cry babys. Always -blam!- about pvp. Trying to get internet famious. And it's made regular run of the mill gamers insufferable. Every bodys always quoting YouTube people ugh... sickin my They all think there gaming prefers. When what they really are are sheep. Bungie needs to fix or wall of pvp from pvp. So the nerd fest can stop. But then agien... now a days they complain about pve stuff to . #Redick

1 ReplyYeah, not everyone can solo the shattered throne or outbreak. Not everyone has the ridiculous crucible pinnacle weapons. Hell, not all of us can even find a raid team. I don’t get his crying when he has full crews to do whatever he needs to get his streaming done. If he wants it harder than put on weaker weapons

Make a statement with Shadowkeep and pre-orders; dont get either. We the player base is what provides income, not the streamers. Now is the perfect time. Bungie no longer has a financial backup. We all need to make a statement the management and the Devs. Hitting their bottom line. At the same time the streamers are convincing Bungie that their opinion is based on what their followers tell them. Unfollow and stop supporting the streamers financially, this will make a financial statement with them. If we dont support Shadowkeep and the streamers who are making this game worse it will impact Bungie and the streamers at the same time and hopefully make real change.

Biggest problem I have, is that majority of streamers are on PC, where as I'm a console only player. And since bungie has had a hard time making changes between the 2, it kinda sucks since the games completely different on the different platforms. This also plays into the world's first raid race. There should be a console and pc variant. I mean damn only one team finished CoS in the first 24 on console yeah?

3 RepliesDon’t care about anything other than making sure that, trials comes back, supers in pvp get nerfed so that you can headshot sniper kill them, the biggest of all would be making heavy ammo drop like once a match, heavy is saturated so hard in pvp that some scrubs don’t even know what a primary looks like anymore, Comp should not be a get to the heavy every minute and kill 3 to 4 people with wardcliff or truth 😑

You guys don't understand balance in any way. Nerfs are needed in some aspects. Just get over it and keep playing and gain the feel of whatever is nerfed. They don't nerf stuff into the ground. Plus Well took over Ward of Dawn's purpose. They're pretty decent at balance. Maybe if you worked for Bungie I might take these nerf topics more seriously but they need to make sure stuff isn't the ONLY go to and a lot of prenerfed stuff has needed to be brought down whether you agree or not.

I'm just over here hoping Chaos Reach gets a damage increase. I know people are saying how overpowered Well of Radience is, but let me tell you, don't sleep on top and middle tree Stormcaller. I can think of multiple encounters where where running Stromtrance is just better.

7 RepliesPeople all over the forums were whining that they could not do reckoning without a well. It was mostly trivial with a well, thus making the activity easier while leaving well intact would make the activity even easier, to the point that there is no challenge remaining. Of course well needs to be brought down some. I see more crybabies on the forums than anywhere else. And it's not like they are making all these changes based on Dattos' opinions. If they did we would not see the return of weapons of light. No. Well is getting nerfed because people here, reddit and other forums have been whining about it being mandatory for a long time and due to the fact that is makes most of what is supposed to be challenging content completely trivial. Can't even count the number of changes we've seen that have been contrary to what famous streamers have wanted. It has happened a bunch of times. Luke smith refering to datto's video is just an easy way to show an example of someone pointing out how stupid well is. He could just as well have linked to the countless threads on this forum whining about it. This whole 'we are the real community of the game' stuff is really grating. I'm sure many of his subs frequent this forum, or reddit a bunch. Crybabies are everywhere.
