Quest now are literally chores except.

Edit: [b][u]Noone[/u][/b] asked for RNG to become a wall between you and paid content.
We wanted RNG to add value to the rewards we want to chase (weapons, exotics), not remove value from things we should have access to already (Forge we paid for)[decreases value by the 3 weeks you are locked out were the 3 weeks your friends even wanted to play it]
RNG making rewards more valuable and desirable is a factor as old as Destiny (years)
RNG thrown on everything making the game suck is a factor brand new to Destiny (September)

I’m sure there is some aspect of trolling in here because there just has to be but if you honestly are angry that rng is “blocking” you from the forges that you paid for, then you must be really dense. The forges were advertised as [b]end game content[/b] so if you weren’t at max level and fought Black Armory, the problem is [b]you[/b]. It’s funny how this complaint was so common when Black Armory launched. It really showed how most of the forum-dwellers can’t even read.

10 RepliesI remember players whining that nothing had quests tied to them, now we do and people don't like them, it's almost as if the community has no idea what they actually want from the game and neither does bungie.

“Quests” This game really does feel like work it a chore at times. Outside initial story content, which does not exist yet this season, a quest is now a series of chore like tasks that may or may not end with a new or slightly different activity.
