1 ReplyI personally don't find the accusations to be entirely credible but, if anything, he should have still been denied due to his failure to act appropriately during a high stress situation. He did lie under oath as well, which no judge should ever do as it is breaking the law he supposed to be upholding, I suppose. It wasn't reflective of the well tempered mind required to make important decisions and judgements that will have an effect on the rule of law for generations to come. [spoiler]If you ask me, watching the hearings, he's got more than a few skeletons in his closet. [/spoiler]
