Like many, many people posting here, I've been struggling with the high framerate stutter issue for the last few months, which occurs every time I'm in public spaces for more than 5 minutes and quickly gets worse the longer I play. I've tried every suggested fix discussed here by Bungie and by users on Reddit. Nothing worked. My last hope was picking up an RTX 2080 to see if it truly was just an NVIDIA Series 10 problem. The RTX 2080 [b]DOES NOT[/b] fix the stutter with higher frames, at least not for my PC. I'm out of options. Bungie, can we please get an update on this annoying problem? An acknowledgement of the bug and a possible timetable (if any exists) would go a long way. I want to love Forsaken, but it's hard to stomach this amount of microstutter with every mouse movement whenever I'm in game.
