this! i would rather have someone send me a nice message through playstation saying something like, "hey, you're doing it wrong. want to do heroic? do this... and this and that. presto! heroic" i had no idea what the heroics were initially until someone told me. i don't always have time to read up on them and was nicely told. was very helpful.
