Destiny Companion App Not Showing Characters or Gear
The Destiny app isn't showing that I have any characters even though I have 2 on my Xbox account. My Xbox gamertag is RAZR31 but my battle.net and Bungie name is MythicalMalice. I would like to be able to view my gear and vault inventory but the app thinks I don't have a character. Please note that I am on the "Gear" tab in the app on the included imgur link from the screenshot I took.
Samsung Galaxy S8+ running Android N, all latest apps and updates installed.

5 RepliesBe sure to double check in the latest app version. There was a new version yesterday enabling progress/gear. If you aren't sure, uninstall the app then reinstall from the store.

Same problem here. Looks like it's affecting people with console and battle.net accounts by defaulting (with no way to change it) to our battle.net account rather than the XB or PS account we're playing with It was OK for a couple of days after launch then got broken with an app update.
