No customer support!
Can't believe bungee doesn't have a customer support.. I will post my problem here hopefully someone can help me out. I got destiny collection for Xbox one and I never received my level 40 boost my mate who I share accounts with got it but I didn't ? And before you say anythibg I've checks all characters, inventory, vault, and the mail man. I want my character level 40 but not farming and repeating missions to do so

If your buddy got the spark then that's it. When you are game or account sharing only 1 account gets the spark and it sounds like your buddy allready grabbed it. I think you can buy another boost to lvl 40 from the store for like $20 if you really don't want to play through the content. I think it's class specific though. Edit: It takes 2 days to get to level 40 btw. My 4 yr old was playing with my controller while i was grabbing a drink and deleted my tier 12 titan with about 20 exotics on it and almost 500 strange coins, 20 shards...etc... And im already almost back up to level 20. Play the game guardian!

The customer support can be found in the sandbox. Use your fists to dial the number repeatedly.
