Explosive rounds suck. I like having my full crit damage when i shoot some shit. Not some half assed bullshit white number mixed in with my yellow number

Well, explosive rounds when equipped gives more range, a degree of flinch, and and an area of affect for damage. As well as giving the smallest effort increase to damage. Also, you do the same if you crit without explosive rounds... except explosive rounds does a bit more.
