Hey dude you may want to check those voicemails. Someone important could be calling you from Nigeria promising you large sums of money if you just give them your bank account info and social security number.

Srs tho, Android voicemail alerts are ridiculous. Undismissable in any way, until you listen to them- even then they only sometimes go away. I feel OP's pain
