1 ReplyJust something for you guys to try.. I have done a multitude of bounties over the last week, trying to get this to drop with no luck. Last night I had an idea to go to felwinters peak, go into Shiros menu, then went into my menu and turned in my bounties. Got the quest after the second (regular vanguard bounty) I had turned in. Probably a coincidence but thought I would share best of luck.

24 Shiro bounties, countless vanguard bounties, a few crucible and Queens bounties. Ive been turning in a full inventory of bounties on each character since last weekend all at once. Still nothing. Tried turning them in from orbit, the tower, shiro, planet destinations. Nothing. This is quest is a myth to me!
