I understand that reforging weapons was a problem. It made perfectly rolled weapons incredibly accessible causing both stagnation in the crucible's meta and shortening the longevity of the game (until the next dlc obviously). I don't think reforging weapons should return ever unless enough changes were made in Destiny to make it more viable. What these theoretical changes would be I don't know. However I would like to see reforging return for certain items. Specifically strike specific gear and armors. I mean I've only ever gotten two pairs of Mau'uals Mualers and the first pair I had to grind for. Getting an armor piece you enjoy aesthetically is important to us and having it match our build is pretty much necessary. I think I've said enough that you can figure out my logic here, I don't want to over explain myself.
