Sorry, I live way out in the country. Only powerlines that come this way are for electricity.

Console with Fixed IP with DMZ and uPnP still apply as a bare minimum. If thats the best you can do with what you got, then great. thats all I wanted.

I've got to research what you just recommended because I have no idea what those are. Hopefully it works, if not I'll stay with 0.6 mb upload speed.

I use http://uk.tp-link.com/products/details/TL-PA8010P-KIT.html They can be expensive so if your living outside the UK, make sure they are going to work. I 4 nodes all around my house for Xbox 360, PS3 and a blu-ray player. 4th on connects it all to my router port. I have never had an issue

I can't even be sure this will plug into my wall. Says EU, UK for plug type. I currently reside in the US.
