Title.
It'd be nice to know...
Edit: To those of you saying it would promote hate mail: wouldn't a low kill count also promote hate mail? People don't really hate on eachother for low kill count after a strike, so why would they do it for this?
This would simply be another statistic that we can look at and use for self evaluation and improvement. They should also add other stats such as assists, total damage dealt, orbs generated, majors killed, how long it took, revives, etc. It can be useful information to help us better our performance all around.
For groups of friends who play with eachother consistently, it could even promote some friendly competition.
Edit 2: Someone mentioned showing what medals you earned after each Crucible match. I like this idea a lot too! We need to see how well we did Bungie! More stats can't hurt. Negative people will always be negative and they'll send hate mail regardless. If you get hate mail, who cares? You finished the strike, ignore them. Use the stats to your advantage so you can improve your play, it's beneficial to new guardians and experienced veterans alike. We all have room for improvement.

I've wanted this for years!

Edited by CovertMcgirt: 8/17/2016 4:34:37 AMI am all for this. Maybe even some type of formula to determine Raid MVP at the end. Factors in: Primary roles taken (relic running, gaze holding) K/D ratio Boss damage dealt Jumping puzzle deaths Orbs generated Majors/key enemies killed Etc etc
-
LOVE this idea!!
-
I really like that idea seems fun good way to show my friends how bad they are and how much better i am to them lol
-
Hehe. . . I would have the lowest. I'm almost always on add control.
-
Prediction: this will give idiots out there reasons to send hatemail after a strike. It already happens in POE and COE. Always been there in pvp. The haters be hating bro.
-
-
Nah we need that because I know I did all the work most dps > most kills

I think it'd be a nice little feature to add, much like the K/D in PoE
-
been saying this forreevvver, would be cool

Good idea.

1 ReplyI think this should be a feedback
-
1 ReplyShit, why not? I always down for more stats
-
It wouldn't bother me if someone had a low boss damage dealt stat, because I know they're controlling the adds or doing the best to keep them at bay. Reverse that, and its the same, if you're not happy with your team then change it
-
I would rather see a "total damage dealt" stat. That way it factors in every single shot and ability that connected with an enemyfor the entire strike. Other games also show total damage taken from enemies. These numbers are much more meaningful than number of kills and number of deaths. People that tend to focus dps on the boss and yellow bars are probably putting out as much damage or more as the guys killing a hundred thrall.

1 ReplyI still want to know what map will be played on before a match.
-
I'd love this. I never understood why they only did this for all the raid bosses in Kings Fall EXCEPT for the final boss Oryx. I would've love to seen who wasn't actually shooting oryx when they said they were back when it was fresh.
-
1 ReplyIt does nothing to promote friendship and YOU know if you haven't done enough.
-
10 RepliesThey already have this on KF and it's pointless, why add it to strikes?
-
1 ReplyIt'd be nice but it's not something I actually want. And besides strikes are so easy I don't see why people would get mad at people who don't do a lot of damage to the boss

2 RepliesEdited by LAID OFF GAMER: 8/16/2016 8:51:44 PMThis would be awesome and I think this would encourage less AFK players to be more active at bosses.

6 RepliesEdited by FrenetiCreature: 8/16/2016 7:40:40 PMBa-da, ba dump dump BUMP! That'd be cool! That way, I'd feel even more boss at the end of strikes. Like, when you can tell it's making someone mad that you always have the most kills and least deaths at the end of the strikes. So, they start getting all "sweaty" and trying to take your kills and get more kills than you. Then they start meleeing you and trying to mess you up. Then they just leave. With this, I'd have another thing to out-do those guys in. Not that I ever try to do this. But, sometimes it just happens and you can tell when it is pissing someone off. I honestly don't care, as long as I get through the strike as quickly as possible. But, if I notice someone getting sh!tty over it, I just can't help myself. I then have to push and push. I wouldn't do it if they wouldn't let it get to them so much in the first place. But, to get upset that someone is doing better than you in strikes, freaking strikes. Then, you deserve it.
I know, my existence is a lowly one. But, I'm easily amused and a bit of a jerk/smart-@ss sometimes.
3 RepliesYes please and make a kills per strike statistic so when I get over a hundred every time while my teammates are slacking at 40 it will actually mean something. Start judging people for PVE performance rather than that PVP side game bs. Plus it will encourage people to stop AFKing in strikes

This would make sense
