They shouldn't have touched shadestep at all..just give the warlocks a evade like they gave Titans and hunters.. 3 seconds is to long, we're getting shot (shadesteps) and now we're stuck and were still getting shot at. C'mon bungi, just because ppl cry doesn't mean you have to nerf it, they just have to figure a way to plan the kill.

3 RepliesI'm not bothered about it, either way I'm just going to play like I normally do :)

1 ReplyEdited by denied_valor: 6/15/2016 12:12:57 PMJus now i killed a hunter who tried to double shadestep away but he jus ended up crouched a couple of times lol, cant spam that b.i.t.c.h. tactic anymore

4 RepliesI love when players say they main something lol I main a lock but after shade step came out I main a Hunter now lol no you -blam!-ing suck is all. I main all three. No matter what character I'm on i play well. I'm not shit on a lock and beast on a Titan. I'm good with every build in the game. Why tie yourself down to only one play style cause it caters to how you think and react in the game ? If they nerf something I use i simply adapt and change . You kids that are mad about the nerfs are the people who rely upon the nerfed skills and perks as crutches. They only reason you complain about the nerf is because you never got good enough to play without your training wheels. For example. They nerfed hammers right when I finished upgrading my subclass. So instead of being mad they nerfed hammers. I changed my load out to simmering flames and max discipline and I don't even pop my Titans supers anymore. It's all nades every 10 seconds and gun skill. Learn to adapt

1 ReplyI have mained a hunter since day one and never shade stepped. Not once. Shade step was silly get in a gun fight and your chasing purple smoke. It was meant to evade. Not be a mode of transportation. Glad it was nerf ed. Otherwise they just should have added transporting to the star ship enterprise if you didn't wanna have a gun fight scotty beam me up.

3 RepliesIt was being spammed in PvP. That's why. Warlock has blink to evade (sort of).
-
5 RepliesDouble shadestep advantage was never meant to be You say that 3 seconds is too long how about you run away or try to fight instead
-
Shadestep nerf was necessary, stop crying about it.
-
One shade step should be enough to dodge if need two shadesteps your doing something wrong
-
9 RepliesPoor huntard
laughing uncontrollable get good scrub.
-
No please. I don't want everyone spamming evade.
-
It's embarrassing that you need to run away from a gunfight, evade once to shake the enemy fire and kill them. Simple, especially since you're telling everyone how skilled you are.
-
I love shadestepping and evade but it did need this
-
2 RepliesIf you're getting shot use cover. It is very simple. Bungie didn't destroy anything, just made the game more balanced. You actually have to plan ahead your engagements now instead of going into a fight thinking " I'm just going to shadestep my way out of it if I'm losing". Smart play, boys, gotta start learning it.
-
3 RepliesI'm fine with the change. Main use i had of shadestep was to evade/escape. Still can be used in that sense.
-
9 RepliesWho cares about shade step People still don't use the mics that come with their systems No matter what perks they have or use they're worthless
-
1 ReplyAwwwww, poor shadestep warriors.

C'mon bungi, just because ppl cry doesn't mean you have to nerf it
Well then the hunters should have stopped crying.

1 ReplyThat moment you realize...
no one cares
5 RepliesWhat did you did before we had shadestep?

2 RepliesI have a question for you.
Does it take practice to be a whiny ass Huntard?

Or were you just born one?
8 RepliesNow you have to think when you use it...and basically takes having a brain to uses it effectively now.
