How many day 1 players are still here?
Joining many fire teams it seams that there is no more day 1 players around, and it saddens me. Comment your best year one memory, and for year two tell me your best memory thus far.

Day 1 here. Lost interest when most of my friends list stopped playing just after ttk. Ive gone from playing 6 to 8 hours a day to sometimes 2 hours once every 2 to 3 weeks

My roommate played day 1 and I watched him for a week if that counts haha! I joined the party officially a couple months later. Best memory though... A Crota run with 2 friends and 3 randos in which we continuously had 2 people impersonating Family Guy characters. And we also kept talking about "sh1tting out orbs" for the bubble Titans. As I write this I remembered a drinking game we did with Crota. This was right before year 2 though. That was a hilarious time though!

2 RepliesBeta tester here, don't play much anymore & get burnt out quickly when I do. Bungie just really screwed shit up when they released taken King & stole our exotics & primary burn guns. Best monody was first vault of glass completion & getting Voc & a gally. Was more excited about VOC to be honest. Then I learned the true power of gjallarhorn & proceeded to make bosses cry. The load out of Voc, found verdict & gjallarhorn was the best.

Day 1'er here.....best memory was seeing my beautiful gjallarhorn drop from deathsinger.....and my worst memory was passing over gjallarhorn when xur sold it first time around !!

Doing hard vog in hopes of getting vex mythlocast only to get just a ship. And hearing a non annoying ghost that was the best of year one

Day 1 here. All my real life friends went from abut 15 to 3 of us. It's sad. Best times were raiding VOG and getting amazing drops.

I am not day 1. I was a "Christmas noob" around/just after Christmas 2014. I started before TDB but it came out early in my Destiny experience. When the Blades of Crota started randomly showing up, I got killed by one of them, and I actually thought it was another player. Don't ask me how, it makes no sense, but I was new enough that I didn't know game logic enough to realize that.

Day one here. Shortly after TDB dropped, I found several friends who also played and we decided to give Crota's End a shot. We went in cold and figured it out together. Finishing it was one of the best moments I've ever had playing this game. As for year two, it was probably during Iron Banner a few months ago. I was on a fireteam of three and started a match. Within a minute, everyone else on our team dropped out. We decided to ride it out and the three of us won. We -blam!-ing won. I couldn't believe it. People kept joining our team and immediately dropping out when they saw the situation. Their loss, I suppose.

My favorite y1 memory? Me and my buddy spamming the chorus to " you're the best around" during the CE raid while carrying 4 level 28s alts through.
