IB Drops Have Been Pretty Good!
I have to say that so far the IB drops have been the best in a very long time. In about 12 matches I have had 2-333 Heavy Weapons, 1-334-Boots, - 333 Boots, 1-333 Warlock Bond. The rate appears to be much better than recent banners.

While I'm sure it will take a while to get all the gear I'm chasing, they have made leveling up the light a breeze.

I agree. Got boots, class item, rocket launcher, and a new shader all at Rank 1 and 2.

Tis true. I've gotten lots of infusionable legendaries!

They're better in the sense that they seem to actually scale to your level, but so far they seem to have the same trouble that the previous IBs have, where they tend to give you one thing repeatedly and nothing else. I got five class items before I got anything else, and in total I think I've only gotten one rocket, one boots, and one AR to those five class items. There ARE two kinds of class items, so I suppose they might have two different slots on the drop table, but this is still extremely aggravating.

2 RepliesI've gotten two Haakon's Hatchets, and one Tormod's Bellows. A couple exotics (Sunbreakers, Purifier Robes).

Got 2 hatchets at 328 by rank 2, playing at 324.. Not bad not bad. Needed that infusion

5 games lagging bad. 329 launcher and 326 cloak not bad considering nothing dropped year 2

Got a 331 launcher after my second game All 3 games I played tho were laggy as hell

Got a hakkon's hatchet with persistence, perfect balance and counter balance. Will probably still get the vendor roll for the scopes

1 ReplyYep, drops have been wonderful. So expect a "nasty bug" to cut them in half for the next Banner. You know, the exact thing that happened the last time we were largely positive about the drop rates.

I had my first exotic drop for me this IB...zen meteor. .I before this I thought 3oc did not work for IB..as far as IB loot it's not been bad, hatchet, bellows, boots. ..all above my current level.

335 have been dropping so that's a good sign

IB is dropping loot like candy. Went from 316 to 322 today, and I'm about 250 points from being rank 4!

I''m having fun but once I hit max light I go to a different game (I had;t ready played since last November/December) and I am leveling up faster than doing multiple challenge HM raids. I went up 8 light levels in one day and will be 335 by the end of it. Though it is nice I supposed, I was lucky when taken king came out but before that I always had terrible luck. I literally got the same helmet over 20 times in Crota's end to the point where my raid group would be like 'you gonna get that helmet?' 'Oh look steppen got the helmet no-one else can get for the 100th time'.

I'm currently 317, all the loot I got has been 321 or 322 so no problem there. BUT, on a single character I got 3 boots (2-322, 1-321) with all the same perks (SG ammo, MG ammo, solar double down, capture King). I got 3 identical items. No weapons so far. I miss the days when the loot table was filled with more than just what you could buy. Every piece of armor+every weapon should be in the post match loot table, it would make IB way more playable. As it is now, once I hit rank 5 I'm done with it.
