IB Drops Have Been Pretty Good!
I have to say that so far the IB drops have been the best in a very long time. In about 12 matches I have had 2-333 Heavy Weapons, 1-334-Boots, - 333 Boots, 1-333 Warlock Bond. The rate appears to be much better than recent banners.

3 RepliesI saw an IB Ghost drop at 333 my last match, can anyone confirm at which rank they appear in the loot table? I would guess rank 5, but could be 4 as well.

What is the cut off point for getting really high level gear? I took off a couple of months so my guys are only around 309-315. I've gotten 2 320 artifacts but every other drop has only been within 5 of my current light level. Or is that the way it goes, you only get high level drops if you are a high level? Also, wouldn't it be a bit more interesting if the stuff that dropped wasn't what Saladin was selling?

I'm glad some people are getting a good mix. I got 5xboots, 1xrocket bad roll, and 1xAR bad roll. Higher light though so I crushed them into existing items.

4 RepliesSoooo maybe it's just me but I've played a large amount of IB and every single time I'm top of the team or bottom of the team I do not get rewards. Every single time?! Even after praying to RNGesus 😭. Seems to me if you're top of the team especially in IB you should absolutely get a reward even if it's a shitty blue to dismantle for supplies, or a mote. LITERALLY ANYTHING... very disappointing/aggravating and I'm not the only one it happens to. I get that it's random but literally every single time I get nothing when everyone in between gets IB gear or other better grade loot.... #PrayersforRNGesus

I've been getting a legendary about every 4-6 games it seems. Much better than once or twice for the whole week.

Man, it started out pretty good for me. Got a decent cloak for my hunter and then a pretty good Haakon's Hatchet during the first three matches. Since then, trash that's been well below 300 (I'm 312-13 depending on loadout).

Agreed, I finally feel like the time I've put in has been rewarded appropriately. This iron banners been fun, still some really bad laggers every now and then but overall it's been enjoyable.

Normally i rarely play Iron Banner but i played for awhile lastnight and got me some pretty decent stuff and i didn't even need to use any 3 of coins to get me the titan helmet. 332 Attack -Tormod's Bellows Rocket launcher 321 Attack - 1000 yard stare Sniper rifle 329 Defense Tai konaut Exotic Titan helmet

Completely agree. Excellent drops and a major incentive to keep grinding. Most fun I've had in Destiny in a while. Great for those that don't want to raid for high end gear. Good job on this one, Bungie.

on my titan ive had 4 335 assault rifles 1 334 rifle, 1 335 rocket launcher and 1 334 2 boots 335 and 4 marks at 335..around 20 games total on my warlock ive had 1 bond 334 but had 2 exotics from 3oc in one game..8 games total havent ran hunter yet

the rewards are definitely much better. still see issues with the matchmaking and red bars in 1st place. but it's at least worth it now with the rewards.

Definitely the most productive IB I've had, almost all the legendary gear has been at a higher level than anything I was using.

1 ReplyYa ive seen alot of gear and wepons drop. A fewmatches 4 outa 6 players got ib drops to bad ive only had 1 drop in maybe 25 matches. Lotsa people getting alota drops and lotsa people getting nothing.

I agree. I've gotten at least 10 legendary drops over 325. And a few exotics as well.
