Anyone worried that three of coins is just a waste?

I used 100 three of coins today, only got 5 exotics. Anyone else having this issue please comment below! Edit: Thanks for your thoughts. Makes me feel a bit better.

When I use one I get 1 at least every three games in crucible. Not worth using in PvE
