Destiny doesn't present its story very well in game. But that's purely subjective and irrelevant to who would win in a fight.

I'm just stating that this is not a battle of what franchise is "better". But rather which one would win in a fight.

Oh but destiny would win in a fight do too the many classes guardians have mastered me and my fellow Titan would open up the battle wide then the warlocks and hunters would finish the battle

The Gurdians are not that significant in this battle compared to the heavy hitters of both universes, The main powers of both sides are the vex, hive, forerunners, flood and precursors. But the simple fact is destiny has no cosmic level reality warpers to counter the precursors, so as of now they can't really win.
