Another "Make an Exotic" Post

[b]Why I am Doing This[/b] All the other "Make an Exotic" posts left me unsatisfied by how messy they were, or how OP didn't give a shit about balenced guns.  So, I decided to make my own. [b]Rules[/b] 1. Weapons/Armor need to be balenced/realistic.  If they are powerful, they either need to be difficult to obtain or have some drawback. 2. To get up here, they will need 5 bumps.  You cannot self-bump. 3. Weapon Type: Sniper Medium impact, lowish RoF Base Perk: 1st Base-This weapon has a chance of pushing enemies back about 5m 2nd Perk: Snapshot Exotic Perk: Giant killing- Landing three precision kills in quick succession takes away 3/4 health of the nearest major. Element: Arc Drops at 310 Way to obtain: [spoiler]Get to rank 3 in any Destiny limited time event and equip 5 specific items to that event. Amanda Holliday will give a quest to "smash Cayde out of the park" with performances on strikes and crucible. Finish 3 games with 20+ kills and 3 strikes with 100+ kills. Cayde will be impressed and say he has a trace on one of the exotics that was stolen by Fallen in the secret dialogue in Cayde's Stash. He sends you to the Cosmodrome, where a Fallen Baron is taken and uses the exotic against you. Upon defeating this boss, you obtain the gun but have to wait a week for Banshee to clean out the taken gunk[/spoiler] Design: Red and White like a baseball with a thick barrel. A bit of taken goo on the magazine and a mysterious symbol with a 6 on it( linked to Cayde). P.S the Barons name is Grogik, the Giant Killer

Getting a kill with this weapon doubles the fire rate, and is stackable on each kill from one mag. Lasts until the next reload. Other perks: spray and play and crowd control. Damage type: all three due to exotic perk Stats: same as Hakke jingukogo-d - high rate of fire, medium impact [spoiler]how to obtain First step: obtain the weapon frame from a cabal cargo load by completing a 270 light version of Cerberus vae lll. Second step. Claim the essence of the weapon by completing a 280 light version of the sunless cell. Third step: claim the binding for the weapon by completing 290 light version of the shadow thief. Fourth step: take the parts to the gunsmith so he can assemble a prototype Fifth step: defeat 100 guardians with the prototype on the crucible. Sixth step: defeat any 5 ultras with the prototype Seventh step: buy a vial of purified hive essence from Eris morn for 25 hadium flakes. Eight step: by the essence and the fully completed prototype to the gunsmith to claim the weapon. [/spoiler] Amount of bumps: 2

      The Duelist's Blade "To gain the advantage one must change the attack strategy every now and then" This weapon does void/solar damage Perks Scabbard 4X Varying guard- block depending on damage element Stance change- press ADS button to switch fighting style. Offense: less health less effective block but more damage. Defense: more health and more effective block but less damage. In attach mode the weapon does void and swings faster In defense mode the weapon does solar and swings slower

It may leap in the air, back pedal, side step) to draw attention away from you. *Automatically unlocked [b]Exotic Perk 2:[/b] Doppelgänger Upon using shade step, an apparition of your guardian will project in a different direction than that of your guardian to draw attention away from you. the apparition animation would appear identical to your guardian. Timing of the animation's existence wouldnt remain stationary once completed. A few shots will nullify the apparition. [b]Appearance: [/b]Black, Hive-inspired metallic boots with the same Grabiton Forfeit colored flames billowing around the edges. When standing still for extended periods of time, your apparition is cast behind you like a twitchy shadow. You're then challenged to complete the Cayde Secret Stash mission (the one with Oryx Echo) on Lvl 42 settings and you must allow yourself to be critically wounded 3 times during the boss fight. Upon completing the boss fight 3 Taken orbs will spawn and each one hovers above a platform around the edge of the arena. One at a time, the orbs create a Shadow Hunter. You'll fight a Shadow Gunslinger, Bladedancer and Finally Voidwalker. You must be critically wounded by each of them but this time you will gain a buff similar to the Crimson Days buff but it will be the color of Graviton Forfeit's flames. By defeating all three Shadow Guardians you'll receive the Doppelgänger III leg armor.[/spoiler] Let me know what ya think!

              • Exotic hunter gauntlets Recluse ATS/8L/1P "Banshee has been experimenting outside his range of expertise. He wants you to test his new prototype." - Cayde-6 Appearance: Jet black forearms with a lighter grey plating over the biceps, and black plating with a glint of red shining off of it. Left shoulder have long, chrome, robotic spider legs sticking outwards. Hands have bright red "eyes" similar to the chest piece and helmet. Rest of hand is Jet black. Passive exotic perk. Slight chance for melee to instantly recharge if it doesn't cause fatal damage. (10% chance) Exotic perks: default perk, Eight Legs: Use (o, x) while in air near a wall to stick to the wall. One problem: Throwing knives travel faster, weapons ready faster after blink strike, smoke effects last longer, and have slightly increased range (including Vanish). 8 legs perk: Stay attached to wall, but can't move along wall. Jump status remains constant once off the wall, so if you jump once then stuck, you still have your second jump. Detach from wall by jumping or pressing (o, x). While on wall you hold weapon with your hand not connected to wall, and you still have a full range of viewing. Accuracy is not affected, but recoil control is. Might seem overpowered, possibly remove the passive perk. But it's meant to bring a new element of gameplay to the hunters

Continuing on, you will encounter a room with several holes of light spilling through the ceiling, and an Ultra Wizard named Krakos of the Deep. Krakos is a remnant of the Deep (Darkness) with a strange ability; her attacks change upon entering light or dark. In the light, Krakos will attack as a normal Wizard with weaker shields. In the dark, she will transform into a Kraken-like appearance and her attacks will deal increased damage, and she will be able to summon Thrall. Upon killing her, you will receive a Husk. Eris will tell you, in disbelief, that you have found a relic of past Guardians. You will be asked to return to the Tower immediately. When you return, Eris will ask to see the relic. She will describe the stories of past Guardians with different Light. These Guardians possessed abilities no one today has. She will give you a Deep Charge, an item needed for the next quest. You will be asked to enter the Crucible and kill Guardians 10 times with a Fusion Rifle in 3 games each. Upon completing this, you will receive a Water Mark. Return to Eris, and she will give you components to give to the Gunsmith, who will upgrade the gun for you...for a small fee of $29.99. Just kidding. It's 10,000 glimmer. After the Gunsmith successfully installs the Mark into your Husk, it will transform into an Emblem. The emblem is a picture of an Octopus. The last part of the quest is simple...complete the original campaign on Hard while wearing the emblem and killing at least 50 enemies of each race, (Cabal, Vex, Fallen, and Hive) with fusion rifles. By doing this, the Exo Stranger will give you the Crest instead of the Stranger's Rifle. You will receive the Exotic at the highest Light obtainable [u]at the moment.[/u][/spoiler]

Apperance: A generic rocket with a full red paint job. Perks Tripod Javelin Extended mag Perfect balance Exotic 2: That was close! Killing 2 or more enemies in close proximity with this weapon starts health regeneration. Low ROF Low velocity High blast radius 1 in the mag Standered reload Normal stability [spoiler]Obtained through RNG[/spoiler] I want this weapon to be based around the idea of getting close with a rocket to get the damage boost to proc while trying to not kill yourself. If you manage to kill the two or more enemies you will be rewarded with an instant health regeneration. Bumps 3

                    The Charm "She said no. I said yes. I walked out alive." Exotic Void Handcannon Stats similar to Eyasluna Exotic perk: Earning 2 precision kills with this weapon empties the magazine, except for one bullet. The last bullet does 3 times damage. [spoiler] Complete Skolas's revenge in under 30 minutes, but all damage done to skolas must be done with void damage. Killing skolas will reward you with the Promise Handcannon. Take it to banshee and he will task you with getting 50 precision kills with this weapon. Getting all of them will reward you with the gun. [/spoiler]

Appearance: appears like a semi auto .22 rifle, with wooden stock, engraved silver plating over the stock, and a curved groove in behind the handle to conform to the wielders grip. Tip of barrel always as duckbill. Perk 2: Touch of a Master, this weapon can be fired as fast as you can pull the trigger, and has a dual scope attachment. (Has base iron sights, and can switch to a precision scope with zoom similar to ambush after pressing R3) [spoiler] After reaching rank 10 with Banshee, he tells you to speak with Cayde-6 and Ikora. They tell you they received a mysterious transmission from the cosmodrome, sent from the same source used by the Stranger. This triggers a new quest mission. Step 1: Fragmented Memory. "Venture into the cosmodrome, and locate the source of the mysterious signal." You are spawned in in the blast, where you fight Sepiks Prime. Your ghost tells you that the origin point isn't stable, and that it's location fluctuates. You are sent on a wild goose chase, ending with you entering the area you begin the entire game. Upon entering, am Exo dressed in tattered ceremonial cloths is seen vanishing from the street, leaving behind the empty shell of his dead ghost. Upon inspection, Ghost reads the broken message left on the shell. "Past... ture, Invoidant. Prevent darkness... Step 2: Invoidant Eris claims Toland spoke of Invoidance as he defended into madness. Harness the power of the Void, to enable yourself the power to view the past. Enter the Black Garden, and defeat Notium, Atheon reincarnate. Step 3: Memories Changed " Void, although easily harnessed, still is difficult to understand. Toland was able to harness the Void I'm ways that no other guardian has. Eris tells me the ghost you picked up is the same that accompanies Toland. Is it possible.... " Allow Ikora to sift through the shattered childhood of a lost guardian. Return at the weekly reset. Step 4: Toland Risen? "Toland was able to make it out of the pit, however, his fleshy body did not. The light stored within his ghost was so deeply connected to his, that the ghost was able to resurrect Toland in the body of a time lost Exo. It is my job to return my friend to his time. Thank you, guardian." -Eris Ikora pulled enough information from the memories for banshee to rebuild the weapon.                                 • Sidearm idea Weapon name:  The Torn Exotic perk: Bonus damage while aura is active, move faster while being wielded and move faster while aiming. Hidden perk: firefly Arc damage Sure shot is,  quick draw is Zen moment Outlaw, single point sling, reinforced barrel Rate of fire: 100 Impact:  20 Range:  35 Stability:  80 Reload:  75 Magazine:  25 The drop rate 25%. chance of dropping from completing 3rd tier court of oryx. Acquired by completing 3rd tier court of oryx on fanatic of crota as a blank frame that must be turned into the gunsmith. After one week "arms day" the gunsmith then gives you a weapon blueprint that needs to be filled by killing enemies of darkness in the court. Tier 1 completions gives 10% increase tier 2 gives 20% increase tier 3 gives you 30% increase.  Each kill in court increases completion as well. The blueprint will then be turned into Eris morn once filled and she will give you a sidearm called The Shade at 300 light with the ability to be infused. The shade will need to be filled by killing taken. Once filled the weapon will need to be upgraded by 2 Exotic shards 10 legendary marks 2500 glimmer 10 motes and 25 worm spore 25 hadium flakes. Once upgraded all perks are unlocked the weapon stays at the light level it was infused to.  The weapon finally upgrades to The Torn exotic sidearm.

Length is the same as the Universal Remote Explosive Rounds Damage type: Solar Stats: Fire rate: 60 Impact: 100 Range: 25 Stability: 20 Reload: 10 Magazine: 4 As you can see, this is a 4-barrel shotgun in the Heavy category. At close range, this gun WILL kill you, but you have only one shot to make it happen. The gun has a bit of range, but only just beyond melee range. It does have width and can kill more than one Guardian (or minion) foolish enough to challenge you. Be mindful of reloads, because you will reload one bullet per barrel, and it's as slow as rocket launcher reloads. Max ammo is 28/16 (PvE/PvP).
